The best one in the app store

I just deleted my "Brushes" which I payed 4bucks for
This one is cheaper than "Brushes" and has more options-Multiple layers and all the options u can do with the layers(Duplicating,Merging,Lotating,Trensparent), it has more brushes, and it even has the finger tool which u cannot find when you purchase 4bucks on "Brushes"
